At Clever Habitat Pros LLC, we bring over 15 years of hands-on remodeling experience to homes across Burien, WA. We are known for custom, high-end work with a strong focus on kitchens, bathrooms, tile, cabinetry, and fireplace upgrades.
Burien has a great mix of established homes, updated neighborhoods, and properties with real character. That also means many homes need thoughtful remodeling, not cookie-cutter fixes. We help homeowners create cleaner layouts, improve storage, upgrade finishes, and solve the hidden problems that often show up once walls and floors are opened up. If another contractor left behind poor workmanship or an unfinished project, we can step in, assess the work, and help get your remodel back on track.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all remodeling. We listen, plan carefully, and build spaces that fit your goals, style, and budget. Whether you want a luxury kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation with custom tile, or a stunning fireplace surround, we focus on details that make the finished result feel solid, polished, and truly custom.
When you hire a remodeling contractor, you need more than someone with tools. You need a team that shows up, communicates clearly, respects your home, and stands behind the work. "Clever Habitat Pros: Cody is absolutely wonderful! Excellent communication and service each time I’ve had him out to help with a list of things at our house in Poulsbo. I will continue to use his services and recommend him to family and friends."
"Cody was excellent to work with, punctual. I will definitely think of his company for any future work around the house!"
"Cody and Clever Habitat Pros did a great job on a renovation on our floating home in Seattle. He was efficient with materials and invested in the project. Definitely recommend!"
"Really enjoyed the excellent service, thank you!"
"Cost and his team were great to work with - super punctual, great at keeping in touch, reasonably priced and excellent craftsmanship! We had them instal faux beams in our entry way/hall using red oak. Cody was really good at keeping us apprised of the project details, making sure to get our input every step of the way. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects. Thanks Cody!"
"Cody helped us with electrical and drywall work and a cabinet install. He is spectacular. He communicated well, showed up on time for the estimate and didn't rush us at all when talking through approaches and prices and helping us visualize/understand the results of each. When he did the work a few days later, it turned out great. He was clean, efficient, organized, explained what he was doing if I asked, and the end product is just what we asked for. Cody is genuinely kind and does great work. I will definitely hire him again in the future."
"The power suddenly went out in my office and in a bedroom - nowhere else in the house. Thinking that this was a tripped breaker switch I went to the breaker box and sure enough one of the switches had tripped. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it. My neighbor who is more savvy than I was equally unsuccessful. I entered my problem into Angie's list and within minutes was contacted by Cody at Clever Habitat Pros. I explained the details of my problem to Cody and he gave me the most surprising and welcome response imaginable. He instructed me to go to the panel and instead of trying to turn the breaker on, to flip it in the opposite direction fully off, wait a moment, and see if it could be turned back on. It worked perfectly and the lights and my computer router turned back on. Cody said this was a common problem. Clever Habitat Pros didn't make any money off of this exchange; but they did win a customer for life."
"Cory was great - fitted me into his busy schedule, got it all done quickly for a great price. Would definitely recommend him and his company."

I have a few other projects I will be looking at getting done in the near future and will not hesitate to give Cody a call! If you’ve had issues with other companies in the past, or do not know where to start because you’re not getting calls back, call Cody! He’s professional, thorough and knowledgeable, I will absolutely be using Clever habitat pros for my future electrical projects."
"Cody is great at what he does! He’s very efficient and takes the time to show you how he does repairs, which is very valuable to me as a new homeowner. His pricing is very fair in my opinion. "Would highly recommend Cody for any plumbing needs! We needed to move a water heater from our mother in law unit to the other side of wall in the garage. He showed up on time and rerouted everything for us and gave us tons of advice and answered all our questions. The job looked great! He came back to diagnose why our tub was leaking a few weeks later and was very informative on the best way to go about fixing it, saving us lots of money and was very kind and professional. Picture is just halfway through the process."
"Cody is an excellent businessman. He was never looking for ways to make me spend money, in fact he gave me advice where to look for affordable flooring. He then went and picked it up himself. He gave me updates when painting my walls, changing the trim, and installing the floor boards. You can tell he loves what he does and he hires hardworking guys. I'll not be looking for anyone else to do repairs. Clever Habitats Pros 10/10. Sadly, Google doesn't want to post the pictures of the work he's done. If this gets fixed, I'll be posting them."
